Stress Management Consulting sessions combine techniques and procedures that efficiently minimize stress levels, further goal achievement, create greater focus for
more confidence and certainty. Sessions are structured in a longer consulting-style format, which allows ample time to address multiple avenues and aspects of a given concept to reach the
deepest point of clarity possible.
Stress Management sessions employ four primary dynamics of coaching:
- Muscle Reflex Tests: this phenomenon produced in a client’s body, allows the coach to assess physical
reactions to a thought, idea or concept that might be relevant to quickly identifying the target stressors and reaching completion of the process. (E.g. A patient with a phobia (deep fear) of spiders
will have a physical and automatic reaction when presented with a picture of a spider, but not to other animals.)
- Belief Tracing: discover the Point Of Creation from which the undesired or out-dated belief came.
Identification of this point creates a shift within the limbic (emotional processing) system and provides the neurological system an opportunity to fire and wire new pathways for emotional and
physical responses.
- Balancing Perceptions: A series of guided questions enable the client to observe with greater clarity the
full view of the previously unobserved benefits hidden within the stress-inducing situation or concept. To quote Paul Harvey, “And now you know the rest of the story.”
- At-Home Growth Assignments: specially designed focused-attention and visualization activities engage the
client’s physiology to build and create the desired physical and emotional state of being.
Stress Management Consulting clients have reported a greater ability to recognize and self-manage stressful situations, expedited goal-achievement and increased
personal and professional relationship satisfaction.
